Good job, team! We reached $37,000 and our barbarian accessory add-on pack is unlocked and available now! Here are our initial sketches of what's included.
Be aware that there may be some changes as it goes through the design and manufacturing process. We'll keep you up-to-date on everything! Just like the Druid Accessory Pack, the Barbarian pack will likely have an MSRP of about $18, but you can get it as a $14 add-on through this Kickstarter! All you have to do is "Manage your Pledge" and choose it as an add-on!
We'll be starting some new community polls shortly in backers-only updates. First we need to finalize the color scheme of the pseudodragon. We're narrowing it down between these options:
One thing we have decided is that we're going to try to do the spines of the pseudodragon with an irridescent material as represented in the purple design above. So whichever color scheme we pick, hopefully our new little pet will have that shimmery, colorful series of spines, assuming it's not a major problem for our manufacturer. Stay tuned for the next Backers-Only update to vote!
Plus (and this is really exciting for us), we're going to have an upcoming stretch goal for a community created accessory pack add-on! We're confident that we'll be able to reach the goal, so we're going to get an early start on designing it with a series of backer-only polls. What we need from you now are your broad ideas for accessory packs to include in the initial round of voting. We're thinking of "Class Pack," "Weapon Pack," "Clothing Pack," "Armor Pack," and "Pet Pack." (Note that if we go with Pet Pack, the accessory pack will neccessarily have a higher price point due to production costs.) Can you think of any other broad category of packs you might be interested in? Let us know in the comments!

We don't like "exclusive" items because we don't like the feeling people get of realizing they missed out on something, though we've been told again and again since the campaign launched that the lack of exclusives probably hurts the project's funding. To try to strike a balance, we're going to try introducing Kickstarter/retailer exclusives. These are rewards that will only be available in two ways: 1) through your local game store or 2) through one of our Kickstarter campaigns. This way, everyone should always still have a way to get it, but it incentivizes folks to visit their brick-and-mortar stores as well as back the Kickstarter. We will be introducing an easy way for retail stores to order products once the Kickstarter has fulfilled and backers have received their rewards first!
For this campaign, our exclusive is a postcard-sized 4 inch by 6 inch adoption certificate for your kobold! All backers will get a digital version of the certificate that they can customize and print themselves, while backers for the Get It All and inventor tiers will have a special foil printed version included with their order. Retailers will be able to choose between free color printed versions to go with their plushie orders or pay an extra fee for the foil printed versions.
Here's the initial sketches (design subject to change) for the front and back of the certificate, though we will likely add an additional space that declares which store or Kickstarter campaign the certificate came from.
If you play Sci-Fi TTRPGs like Starfinder or Shadowrun and you have a 3D printer, you may be interested in the gritty, industrial terrain provided in the Tycho Starport Kickstarter, ending very soon!
Corvus Game Terrain has done a great job of building a modular and functional terrain set to help you build out your gritty spaceports like Absalom Station. There are all sorts of modular and stackable buildings, plus fun accessories like bill boards, bridges, pipes, walkways, and more! Sci-Fi terrain isn't as easy to find as fantasy terrain, so if this looks good to you, jump on board Tycho Starport before it's too late!
Wow! The pace is picking up again and we've unlocked two more stretch goals since last time!
$35,000 - I've been waiting for this one! Meet the fearsome, huge-sized, five-headed kobold! It has a black, white, red, blue, and green head. The red one resembles Rory, the blue Buckles, and the green Shep. The black and white heads are a bit mysterious! Why is the black one wearing a mask across its eyes? Maybe we'll find out one day! Note that the feathered cape is present on the STL, it is just narrower for stability and hidden from the particular angle of this render. We'll be putting together more detailed graphics for all the STLs soon!
$36,000 - We briefly unlocked this tier before dropping back under (Kickstarter is always an up and down game), but reaching this milestone adds digital item cards for our favorite ranger Flick! We're going to try to get you some previews of these cards as soon as we can! They're going to look great!

We love those Kickstarters that just have that one simple button saying, "I want it all, and I don't want to have to think about it!" It took us a little time to gauge what all we were going to be able to produce in this Kickstarter so we could price it accordingly. And we think we've come up with a solution that should work.
The All-In Tier gets you everything in the little dragon hoard, including all six kobolds, six goblin gold coins, and the full kobold pin pack. It also includes the druid accessory pack, three (?!) sticker sheets, all three sets of the mini STL files, the pseudodragon pet, and the classic Rory kobold plushie (without switchable gear). Oh look... there's a mysterious second accessory pack as well! Wonder what that is? And finally you'll get a fancy certificate of adoption. We're working hard to make that something special for you. The only thing it doesn't include is the online one-shot with Theo (as that's limited). It comes in at $430.
The best part is that it will also include anything else we're able to unlock before the end of the Kickstarter. We still have quite a few surprises up our sleeves depending on how these final two weeks go. You may have caught some hints here if you've been paying close attention.
To that end... if things do blow up, we may have to lock the All-In Tier and open up a new one at a higher price point so we don't lose money on it. But if you're already in before it gets locked down, you still get that lower price point! So if you're interested, hop in now to make sure you don't miss the best deal you're going to get in this campaign.

The time is here! If you've seen our plushies and had some great ideas of your own, you can now make them a reality. We have opened limited tiers that will allow you to design a single accessory, a single pet, an entire accessory pack (make one of your existing kobolds into an entirely new class, or design gear to reflect your character in your home game), or design a whole new kobold plushie with gear, a pet, or whatever your imagination can come up with (within our manufacturing constraints!) And at these tiers you'll also be getting everything in the All-In pledge as well.
Anything created by our Kickstarter Inventors won't be included as part of this Kickstarter, but you will be able to purchase them later through our storefront. The inventors themselves will obviously get their creation for free, and if you create a kobold, you'll get 10 of them for free to share with your friends, family, or gaming group!
And you or a character you've created will be an NPC in one of our upcoming kobold adventures featuring the item(s), pet(s), or kobold you've created! You can be immortalized along with your cuddly creation!

$34,000 - Since our last update we've unlocked digital item cards for Yuki, our mysterious kobold warlock! Use her special items in your own game with our handy digital reference cards!
$35,000 - We're pretty close to the next unlock which features one of my favorite minis yet, which will be added to the Veteran Adventurer Pack! It also features in an upcoming short adventure that I've been plugging away at for quite awhile! I think you're going to love it! Did I mention it was a huge sized creature??

The community built pseudodragon is available now as an add-on if you didn't make it in before the early bird special ended last week or in case you want more! It's a $6 add-on. I am going to compile all the comments from our post about color options to create another community poll to finalize its color scheme. The current color scheme you see on our graphics is a placeholder. I'm also waiting to hear back from our manufacturer about possibly using iridescent fabric for its spines which is what the rainbow spines on Option H represented.
If you did get in before the early-bird cut-off by pledging for at least one plushie, don't worry, your pseudodragon is safely reserved for you!

The ground has been tilled; the seeds have been sown (and the manufacturer has given their approval), we are now ready to launch our first Accessory Pack for the Druid! Please do keep in mind that the final product may vary from these initial sketches as we iterate on the actual physical accessories to make sure they function the way we intend them to. Hopefully this will be the first of many accessory packs we're able to make for our little kobold plushies!
We've been reading a lot of your great suggestions in the comments sections here, as well as over on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Discord. Undoubtedly, we've missed some too! Well, if you have some great ideas for accessories, accessory packs, pets, or even whole kobolds, we're about to give you a way to bring those dreams to life! Tomorrow (Friday), we're going to launch some limited tiers where you can work with us to design those items you want to see brought into the world! We'll make an announcement when the tiers go up so if you have particular ideas, you can be sure to grab a seat at the table because they will be limited. And as the inventor, you (or someone you love) will be included as an NPC in an upcoming 5e kobold adventure or story featuring your creation!
Because launching a new product does require a good bit of up-front cost, they'll be fairly expensive tiers. But you will also get not only your item(s), but everything else this campaign is offering! And anything designed by our Kickstarter backers will be made available to everyone else as an add-on as well!
We know that active Kickstarters like ours can be burdensome to follow sometimes. There's always that fear that the Kickstarter will end before you had a chance to add-on all those items that unlocked during the course of the campaign. Well, fear not, brave little goblins! We'll be launching our All-In Tier tomorrow as well. Back at this level to get everything that gets unlocked before the end of the campaign. We're basing our price on our best estimate of where we'll be by May 15th. You'll already be getting the best discount we can offer, but if things really blow up between now and then, you may get more than we bargained for at a pretty unbelievable price! And by backing at this level you'll get us even closer to more stretch goal unlocks!
Factions of Galladoria is a mini project of faction specific, hand-painted plastic miniature terrain, accessories and siege weapons. If you're looking for great terrain to build camps, pallisades, and forts for various fantasy races, this may be the Kickstarter for you. They have specific designs for humans, dwarves, elves, and orcs. You can get them either hand-painted or unpainted, and they even have free shipping for some pledge levels, which is frankly unheard of these days. The models are made in the USA from very durable, high-impact plastic.
