Early Bird Freebie Update
We're actively working on getting some sketches for our new little pseudodragon pet for Shep! Here are a few mockups that we've gotten already. Keep in mind that the little dragon pet will be small, around the size of Pickles the Hedgehog so that he'll fit in Shep's carrier. What do you think of these designs so far? Which ones are your favorites? What changes would you make? Let us know in the comments as we narrow down the design.

Holy cow, little goblins! Since our last update we've passed four more stretch goals, and we're on the verge of releasing our next Kobold from the cage! This little Kickstarter is barreling along like an out of control gorgon! Let's review the stretch goals we've unlocked!
$20,000 - Sticker Sheet Add-OnUnlock
A sticker sheet with our cute kobolds was an oft-requested add-on that we didn't have planned before the launch of the project! So we are hard at work getting a mock-up of it and the pricing sorted out so that we can offer it to you! Stay tuned for sticker updates as we finalize those plans over the next few days.
$21000- Unlock Top-Down VTT Tokens
Our VTT Token pack is our gift to you for helping us get our kobold plushies into the world! And for those of you who prefer the top-down perspective for your tokens, they will now be added to the pack!
$22000 - New mini added to Kobold Veteran STL Pack
Allow me to introduce you to the Kobold Inventor with his pet mechanical bird!

This fellow will now be included in the Veteran Pack which you can add on to your pledge using the Manage Your Pledge button on Kickstarter. The Veteran pack includes (currently) 12 minis which you can print at home. It's a $15 add-on. Or you can get all the minis in this campaign for $40. We'll be highlighting more of the minis in our STL packs over the course of the campaign!
$23,000 - Print & Play Magic Item Cards for Buckles
As I was writing this update, we broke $23,000! I would say, "Slow down so I can catch up," but please don't slow down! As you know, each of our little kobolds comes with special items which they have crafted or collected on their adventurers. To aid you in your games, we're going to make some beautiful item reference cards that you can print out and use at your gaming table! Here's our first pass at the art for Buckles' gear:

Play a One-Shot with Theo
If you'd like to take part in a very special kobold-themed, online one-shot with The Gallant Goblin's Theo as your GM, now's your chance! The game will take place this summer and will last for about 3 hours. It's going to be made available as a limited add-on for the campaign. At noon EDT on Friday April 22, 5 add-ons will be made available at $75 to join the game. Just like any add-on, click the manage your pledge button to select it. If there's enough demand, we'll possibly add more games over the course of the Kickstarter Campaign, but we'll give you at least a day's notice before they're made available so that everyone has an equal shot at them. And you can gift them to the D&D fan in your life. We may have additional fun add-ons like this to announce soon too!

We're in a golden age of tabletop Kickstarter, and we've been lucky enough to partner with several companies recently to support their projects. We'll be highlighting them here! Next we have the latest dice project from our friends at Infinite Black: 1Up Dice! These dice are inspired by those old 8 bit games that some of us (like me!) played as a kiddo! And each set comes in its own unique 8-bit cartridge that opens up to reveal a dice tray! Watch our video to see what I mean!

It was a hard fought battle for the $16000 stretch goal unlock poll but Shep has emerged victorious!
Interestingly enough, Buckles and Coda tied for second place. Is the $24000 poll going to be equally contentious? We'll post it in the backer-only update when the freebie pet poll closes tonight!
How to add-on to your pledge
If you've backed for one plushie and want to add-on a second, or if you want to add-on any new rewards we add during the course of the campaign, you will need to click the "Manage your pledge" button at the top of the Kickstarter page. You will then be asked to confirm your pledge tier or switch to a different pledge tier. Then continue to the next page.
If you haven't backed yet, the process is the same except you will click the "Back this project" button or click on one of the rewards instead.
In both cases you will then be asked to confirm your pledge tier and underneath the pledge tier will be a list of possible add-ons. The screen should look something like this:
Clicking "Add" or changing the quantity of an add-on will add the corresponding price to your pledge amount and also populate our post-campaign pledge manager with your selection.
Technically you don't have to use the add-ons and you can just add a dollar amount to your pledge equal to the cost of whatever you want. Your final selection and checkout happen in a pledge manager outside Kickstarter after the campaign ends. This is necessary if you pledged at a tier that gives you a discount on an add-on, like $32 for a plushie or $10 for a coin.
Somerewards are add-on only such as the single pin, the single coin, and the single STL mini packs. If you want the add-on only rewards and nothing else, you can pledge at the $1 tier and add on to your pledge until the pledge amount matches the cost of the add-ons you want.

3D printable miniatures add-on packs now available!
Speaking of more add-ons, we have now unlocked three packs of digital files for miniatures that you can 3D print! These minis were created for us by Forg3d MNL, which is a company that also sculpts minis for WizKids and other companies in the TTRPG and board game industries. We are in the process of developing supports for them, so a presupported option for the files will be available.
Ifyou don't have a 3D printer, there are companies or sellers who will print your files for you. The only one of the following options that we have personally used is Shapeways, and the two issues we encountered with them were 1) they were expensive and 2) there is a size limit on the files you can upload, and some of our files hit that limit. However, their fine detail plastic does work extremely well for miniatures, and they'll clean up and polish the figure for you. The plastic can be a little brittle though--thin pieces like swords can break if you drop the figure.
The other companies in this list are companies that other folks have told us they've used and been happy with, but we do not have personal experience with them ourselves:
There are a variety of stores on Etsy that will do custom orders. One example that we found on a quick search with lots of reviews and a high star rating (but no one we know has tried them) is Crypt Monkey Games so some searches there may also work.
We will provide more updates if we learn more. We hope to one day be able to produce physical miniatures, but startup costs for such an endeavor is a minimum of $50k, so it's a bit out of reach at this time.

He'll be answering any questions you have as well as showing more detailed looks at the minis, including our initial test prints of them (a bit rough as we get the hang of our printer). We also blasted through the $18000 stretch goal yesterday, unlocking the level 10 art for various kobolds to be added to the existing VTT token pack. As a result, we've added two new stretch goals:
First extra mini unlock for the Young Adventurers STL pack. Any guesses what class it'll be based on the outline?
We've had several requests for stickers so we're putting together at least one sheet of stickers that you'll be able to add-on featuring the art of the various kobolds. We're aiming for the kobolds to be about 2 inches tall, the same size as the pins, but we'll also be adding other associated graphics to pack as many stickers as we can onto a sheet. We'll probably be looking at around an 8.5x11 sheet though we're experimenting to find the balance between quantity and price.
There was also a request to get a sticker sheet of all the early bird freebie pets and we love the idea. We'll be prioritizing getting art done of the winner, of course, but we'll see what we can do in terms of getting that done as well. If we can make it work, it'll be a stretch goal down the line!
